Let me give it to you day by day, completely unfiltered.
Days 1-3 — "Here we go again"
First application: I tilted Rosie's head, put in 4 drops, and braced for the fight. She didn't flinch. Not even a head shake. The formula doesn't sting — this was already different from every ear cleaner I'd used before.
Days 1-3, nothing dramatic. Rosie still scratched some. I kept telling myself "give it time, Linda said 30 days."
Days 4-7 — "Wait… she stopped shaking her head"
Day 5. I was working at my desk and suddenly realized something was missing. A sound. The constant flap-flap-flap of Rosie shaking her ears. I hadn't heard it all day.
I called my husband at work: "Am I crazy or has Rosie stopped shaking her head?"
Him: "Now that you mention it… yeah. She has."
Days 8-14 — "Oh my God. Look at her ears."
Day 10. I lifted Rosie's ear flap to apply the drops and stopped cold. The inside of her ear — usually angry red, sometimes brown with discharge — was… pink. A normal, healthy pink.
No discharge. No smell. NONE of that yeasty, funky odor that had been a permanent feature of our house for 4 years.
My daughter Lily (12) walked by and said: "Mom, Rosie's ears don't stink anymore!" Then she leaned down and gave Rosie a kiss right on the ear.
Something she'd refused to do for over a year.
I took a photo. Then I took 10 more.
Weeks 3-4 — "She's a different dog"
Rosie started sleeping through the night. THROUGH. THE. NIGHT. No more 2 AM scratching sessions that woke up the whole house. No more bloody scratch marks behind her ears. No more brown stains on her bed.
She was playing again. Running around the yard with her tennis ball like she was 2 years old. My husband said: "It's like someone gave us our dog back."
Week 6 — "The vet couldn't explain it"
I took Rosie to Dr. Peterson for her regular checkup. He looked in both ears with the otoscope. Silence. Then he looked again.
"Jessica… both canals are completely clean. No inflammation, no discharge, no yeast, no bacteria. When did you finish the last round of medication?"
"I didn't do medication. I've been using a natural ear formula for 6 weeks."
He raised his eyebrows. Wrote down the name. Said he'd "look into it."
Three weeks later, his receptionist called me. She whispered: "Dr. Peterson bought some for his own Basset Hound. Don't tell anyone I told you." 😂
Today — 5 months later
Rosie hasn't had a single ear infection. FIVE MONTHS. Zero infections. After 4 years of infections every 2-3 weeks, she's been completely clear for 5 months.
I still use WaxOff - EarClear 2-3 times per week as maintenance. 30 seconds. No drama. No vet bills. No crying in parking lots.
